Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GremlinGPT ("we") collects when you use gremlingpt.com and its API, and what we do with it. Contact: info@gremlingpt.com.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and a Google account identifier — nothing else from your Google account.
• Chats: the messages you send and the answers you get, so your chat history is available to you.
• Usage: token counts, API key usage and spend, needed for limits and billing.
• Abuse prevention: the IP address and a random device identifier (a cookie) at sign-up, used only to stop people from creating many accounts to get free tokens.
• Cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in and the device cookie above. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign you in, show your chats, answer your messages, apply your plan's limits.
• To send you service emails, such as verification and password reset codes.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of free credits.

We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising and don't use your chats to train models.

Who processes it

Your messages are processed by the GremlinGPT model on the infrastructure that runs it, operated by us and our technology partners; which models and partners are behind GremlinGPT is not disclosed. Our servers and databases are hosted by our hosting providers. Emails are sent through our mail provider. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and chats until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Deleting a chat removes its messages. Sign-up abuse records are kept while the account exists.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete your account and all associated data by writing to info@gremlingpt.com from the email of your account.

Children

GremlinGPT is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email.
