By creating an account or using GremlinGPT (the website and the API) you agree to these terms. Contact: info@gremlingpt.com.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. One person — one free account.

Your account

• Keep your password and API keys secret; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Free tokens are given once per person. Creating multiple accounts to get more free tokens is not allowed, and such accounts may receive no free tokens or be blocked.

Acceptable use

GremlinGPT has fewer content filters than most AI services. You remain fully responsible for how you use it. You may not use it to:

• break the law, or plan or carry out violence, terrorism, fraud or attacks on systems you don't own;
• produce weapons capable of mass casualties, or write malware;
• create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or harass, threaten or dox real people;
• resell or share access to your account or API keys without our permission;
• overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts and API keys that break these rules.

AI output

Answers are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, offensive or incomplete. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You own what you write and what you get back, as far as the law allows.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are paid in cryptocurrency for 30 days, with no automatic renewal. Because crypto payments can't be reversed, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 30 days.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
